Business Setup

You go from idea to open for business. A one-page or full business plan, your LLC, EIN (federal tax ID), business email, and a calendar that reminds you before every state deadline.

Payment

Free 15-minute fit call, then a paid planning call (scoping call), 30 or 60 minutes depending on the job: $40 for 30 minutes, or $85 for 60 minutes (paid before the call, credited to your build). Then 50% when you sign the scope, 25% when you approve Phase 1, and 25% at final approval, before launch.

A new review comes in and you get a thank-you draft ready to send. An invoice goes unpaid for 7 days and a polite reminder goes out on its own.

Payment

Keep Up(never miss a state deadline)

Your annual report, license renewals, and SAM.gov expiration never sneak up on you. You get reminders at 60, 30, and 7 days, and I handle the filing.

Payment

Paid in full upfront each year. State fees are paid before each filing. Founding clients keep $250 a year for one renewal (years 1 and 2). After year 2, the regular price in the table below applies, with 60 days' notice.

Elevated Care(monthly website care)

$85 / month

Monthly upkeep for the website, forms, and automations I set up. I watch for problems, fix what breaks, handle small updates, and send a short note each month on what I checked.

Small updates: up to 45 minutes a month.

Elevated Care Plus(care for sites with logins or payments)

$210 / month

For sites with logins, payments, or a database, and for connected systems. Everything in Elevated Care, plus monthly payment, subscription, and database checks, backup copies of your data, and renewal tracking. I handle small fixes. Anything bigger, I quote first or refer to a developer.

AI Receptionist(answers your business calls)

$250 setup

Available on its own or with either Care plan.

Monthly: $160 / month under my account with up to 300 minutes included, or in your own account with optional care at $85 / month.

What's included

  • Answers callers' questions from your own answer list (price ranges, never firm quotes)
  • Takes each caller's name, number, need, and urgency
  • Checks your calendar and books appointments
  • Sends emergencies to a backup number you choose, or promises an urgent callback
  • When a caller asks for a person, promises a callback and alerts you right away
  • Texts or emails you a summary of every call
  • Always tells callers it's an AI and that the call is recorded

Monthly options

  • Setup is $250 either way
  • Your own account: you pay the phone AI service directly. Care is optional at $85 / month if you want me handling updates and fixes.
  • Under my account: $160 / month, includes up to 300 minutes. After that, 40 cents a minute.

Payment

Setup ($250) is paid in full before work starts. Founding monthly prices are locked for 12 months from your start date, then move to the regular price with 60 days' notice.

Payment

Billed monthly in advance. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Unused time doesn't carry over. Extra time is $120 an hour. Before I go past the monthly limit, I tell you the hours and the price, and you approve first. Founding prices are locked for 12 months from your start date, then move to the regular price in the table below, with 60 days' notice.

Keep Up and Elevated Care prices may be adjusted once a year with 60 days' notice, typically in line with inflation.

Government Contracting

Gov-Con Ready(get ready to sell to the government)

You get registered on SAM.gov (the federal list of approved vendors) and your state and county vendor lists, with a capability statement (a one-page business resume for agencies) ready to send when an agency asks.

Good to know: SAM.gov registration is free, and free help exists from APEX Accelerators and SBDCs (free government-funded business help centers). I charge only for my time helping you.

  • Readiness check (legal name, address, and EIN (federal tax ID) match the IRS; good standing)
  • Done-with-you SAM.gov registration, including your UEI (the ID number SAM.gov gives your business), status tracking until active

Payment

My fee, paid upfront, before anything is filed. You pay the state fees directly to the state; my invoice lists only my fee. You can always file on your own for just the state fee, and I will tell you how.

Payment and Costs

  • Paid in full upfront: Domain & Email Setup, Friction Audit, Gov-Con Ready, and Logo Package. Anything $300 or less is paid in full before work starts. Every other service lists its payment terms under What's included.
  • Simple and Standard websites: 50% to start, 50% at final approval, before launch.
  • Rush (work due in under 10 business days): +25% while Founding spots for that offering are open, then +50%. Rush applies only to the services you need rushed, plus any service they depend on (for example, if your site can't launch without your logo, both are rushed). Your signed scope of work lists which ones.
  • How to pay: card or bank transfer through the invoice link, or Zelle. One discount per project.
  • Your own costs: State fees are always at cost, with no markup. Domain and email service costs are paid by you directly.
  • Advice: No service includes legal or tax advice.
